OUR STORY

Head River Ranch is for family. Parents, Al and Sandra bought the land 35 years ago to raise Tennessee Walking Horses.

Daughter and son in law, Rachel and Steve now also call this majestic farm nestled on Lookout Mountain--home. Steve has a background raising and training Labrador Retrievers. Years later he was introduced to the amazing cross breed--the Goldendoodle.

This dog breed is gentle and intelligent and is the best combination of a non shedding and hypoallergenic pet.

MEET OUR DOGS

Head River Ranch isn't your average puppy breeder. All of our dogs are lovingly raised in the home environment. We offer Mini F-1B Goldendoodles ( Less than 30 lbs) and Medium F-1B Goldendoodles (35 - 50 lbs). We strive to produce outstanding, healthy doodle puppies that will be a blessing to your family for years to come.

Hart

Hart is our sweet and loving gentle boy who is an F1 Goldendoodle. His mother is and AKC English Golden Retreiver and an AKC Standard Poodle entitling Hart to his CKC registration. Hart thrives in his farm home, loving his swims in the pond and roaming rhe fields and woods. He also loves his comfort time at home in his bed and on the air conditioning vent.

Lenny

Lenny is a stylish and elegant standard poodle. She is double registered, AKC and CKC, weighing in at 37 pounds. It is said that poodles body types are basically two types; hunter and ballerina and she is such a graceful, prance girl. She is also versatile, in the pond and the fields one day and loving the comfort of the couch the next.
